We always recommend a personal, non-binding interview to understand exactly what you are currently doing and where you want to go or what goals you want to achieve. Our aim is to build on existing activities in order to provide our clients with targeted and holistic advice. The first appointment on site is always without obligation and of course free of charge.
Actual State Analysis
As-is analysis, objectives, recommendations for action & preparation workshop
Based on the initial discussion, you will receive an offer with corresponding recommendations for action. We are happy to take the time to discuss the offer document with the customer. If an order is placed, we will prepare an analysis of the current situation, if necessary a market/competition analysis and prepare a joint workshop. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, all activities are subject to a charge from the time the customer places the order.
Workshop
Workshop, joint decisions on measures & time frame
Aim of the workshop is to discuss our analyses and recommendations for action with the customer in order to make a final decision on the respective measures and the time frame for their implementation. All decisions from the workshop are recorded in writing and made available to the customer together with all workshop material.
Implementation
Implementation of the measures within the agreed time frame
Subsequently, the agreed marketing activities are implemented by our team in the agreed time sequence. Our customers receive regular feedback on the progress of the respective measures.
Monitoring
Monitoring, measurement & analysis of the measures
All activities/campaigns are reviewed for effectiveness and, if necessary, adjusted during the course of the event. All online marketing activities are evaluated by us and presented to our customers at regular intervals. In consultation with the client, usually about 3 – 4 months after the initial implementation, another workshop is held to evaluate the results of the measures and decide on next steps.
